BILL TALERICO

Bill has always loved helping people see and achieve the best versions of themselves.  There are many parallels between sales and leadership—both take people on a journey, helping them to see possibilities they didn’t know existed.  Bill has held various Sales and Sales Leadership roles in his 20 year career in the Financial and Technology Industries.

He has also always had a passion for helping other people grow and realize their full potential. Wanting to focus on People Development full time is what led him to launch Talerico Group.

Bill devotes his time and energy to many activities including serving as an Extra-ordinary minister of Holy Communion and on the Pastoral Council at St. Louise de Marillac; serving on the Board of Directors at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School. Bill has previously served on the Board of Directors for Young Life – Urban Pittsburgh, Holy Family Institutes ICCP Board, and the Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Pittsburgh.

Bill is a proud graduate of Seton LaSalle Catholic High School and Duquesne University. When not working with clients Bill can be found either on the sidelines coaching one of his children’s activities or in the stands rooting them on.

He and his wife, Suzee find great joy in sharing their marriage experiences with engaged couples preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage by serving on the Pre-Cana Team at their parish.

MATT RODGERS

Matt is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After earning All-State honors in football as a Quarterback at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School, Matt went on to play football at the University of Akron and to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

After consistently outperforming many of his colleagues in sales working at a Fortune 500 Company, Matt follows his mentor in expanding Talerico Group sales practice. Matt carries with him the lessons and successes of his career in sales and offers them as practical solutions to aid in navigating for those in the field.

Identifying what’s most important and devising a personal success plan unique to each individual ignites Matt’s work with Talerico Group.  Matt’s experience on the football field prepared him well for coaching individuals and teams toward success,  holding people accountable, and pushing through those perceived constraints.

Matt is an active member of St. Bernard’s parish in Mt. Lebanon, PA where he serves on the Pastoral Council and serves on Catholic Charities Executive Leadership Council. He also serves a Big Brother through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization.  Matt and his wife Paige reside in Rosslyn Farms, PA.

RON GEVAUDAN

Ron is a proud native of Pittsburgh, PA and equally proud graduate of Central Catholic High School and Duquesne University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.

After a 5 year career in the Heath Insurance Industry serving in various training capacity roles, Ron went the entrepreneurial route and joined a team responsible for the growth of 2 highly successful software organizations, holding both account management and sales leadership roles.  His past experiences also allowed him the benefit of gaining 15+ years of valuable experience in the Diversity and Talent Acquisition industries where he now leads those practices for the Talerico Group.

Both developing talent acquisition strategies and identifying talent that will make a longstanding and positive impact within organizations ignites Ron’s work with the Talerico group.

Ron is a member of St. Bernard’s parish in Mt. Lebanon, PA.  He finds great joy (not necessarily success) on the golf course, following his local sports teams and spending free time with any one of his 8 nieces and nephews.  Not necessarily in that order.

Ron and his wife, Marcy, reside in Mt. Lebanon, PA.

RICKY MATHEWS

Creating Significance out of Success is a mindset that comes naturally to Ricky Mathews, and helping individuals direct the energy from achieving success to create a deeper significance for themselves and others is the mission Ricky has been on for many years.  This mission goes beyond a company or role and is his way of seeing his life’s work in action.  So, it was only natural that after 35 years of growing with this approach in service to the work and people at Procter & Gamble, that Ricky would connect with Talerico Group and enhance their mission of growing businesses by growing people.

Ricky graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and began his professional career with P&G in Alexandria, Louisiana.  He retired from Procter & Gamble after 35 years of varied experiences in their Product Supply organization.  While there, he used his skills and personal qualities of flexibility, business and organizational competence, collaboration and integrity, desire to learn, and passion for people to lead the transformation of organizations.  This led to achieving better results with the people being more energized to create their own personal significance through the successes.  In his most recent experiences, he led the effort to enable thousands of leaders across the globe develop into stronger and more courageous leaders through experiential leadership workshops.  Ricky brings experience in supply chain management, operations, project management, along with how these capabilities connect to bringing out the best in the people who do the work.

In his local community, Ricky ignites the passion of people to serve and be more of who they are as he is an active member of St. Susanna parish as an Extra-ordinary minister of Holy Communion, trainer for altar servers, leader for the men’s ministry, and, with his wife, Karen, lead the Thanksgiving ministry where hundreds of families are serving and being served with meals.  Additionally, Ricky led the Corporate United Way campaign for many years while at P&G.  Ricky and Karen reside in Cincinnati and enjoy the love and experiences of their three children and two grandchildren.
